Position Responsibilities Include (But Not Limited To) the Following:

• Inspect, diagnose and repair Vehicle Automotive Systems
• Explain problems discovered during vehicle inspection to service writers & technicians
• Continuously learn new technical information, equipment, tools and repair techniques
• Professionally record findings so that repair costs are accurately estimated

Preferred Qualifications

• Hold a valid driver's license
• Experience troubleshooting and conducting mechanical and/or electrical diagnostics
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications Preferred (*not required)
• A/C Refrigerant Handling Certification Preferred (*not required)

Job Description

• Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs using the Holmes Auto Group Selling Process.
• Communicate with clients primarily via Phone, E-Mail, Text Message, Video, Skype, social media and more. (Business Etiquette a Must)
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network.
• Training will be provided.

Job Requirements

• Motivation to be successful.
• Great customer service skills.
• Be able to create and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong computer skills. (Internet, MS Outlook)
• Strong typing skills.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Maintain professional business attire and appearance.
• Previous call center experience is a plus but not required.
