Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their maintenance and repair needs
- Review each customer's history and recommend any maintenance currently due or past due
- Follow-up with each customer throughout the day and deliver status updates
- Upon completion of a customer repair or maintenance, provide an active delivery explaining each detail that was performed on their vehicle
- Follow-up with declined recommended maintenance and/or repairs in order to answer concerns for not completing them
- Keep a 100% completion percentage on all required on-line training
- Assist fellow advisors when needed
- Have a positive attitude towards change. We are always pursuing ways to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in an industry that focuses on serving customers
- You will use a tablet, so computer skills are very important
- Great attitude with high energy
- Professional appearance
- Welcomes commission plans
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Early for work
