Buying a CarAre you ready to purchase a new, or new-to-you car but are unsure what to bring with you to the dealership? Buying a car is exciting, but the process of making the purchase can soon become a hassle once you realize you’ve left that one important item at home. Holmes Honda strives to make our customers experience with us easy and hassle free, and are here to tell you what you need to bring with you to the dealership so your mind is at ease!

Valid Driver’s License
I’m sure you’re thinking, “Well of course, I always carry my license,” but you would be surprised! Be sure to keep it in a safe place so that you are fully prepared when the time comes!
Checkbook
If you are looking to make a down payment, bringing this little guy will make the process a lot easier!
Proof of Insurance
Buying a new car is great and all, but what’s the fun if you can’t drive it because you aren’t insured! If you are not currently insured, no worries! Holmes has an in-house insurance agency and can get you a free quote in a matter of minutes!
Title or Loan Documentation
Whether you are still paying on your trade-in or have it paid off, the dealership will need this documentation for verification.

Trade-In Appraisal
Have you visited Holmes Honda’s website to see how much your current vehicle is worth? If not, you can click here and find out the value of your trade in 3 easy steps! If you have already done so, be sure to bring this information to the dealership with you to help put more money towards your new car!
Your Trade-in
This one may be easy being that most of you will be driving it to the dealership, but be sure to bring all of your keys and manuals! Also, if you have your history of regular maintenance done to your vehicle, bring that as well!
