Holmes Collision Center has created a seamless process to ensure that our customer’s experience with us is a breeze! Here is what you can expect when you bring your vehicle in.

1. Write Damage Report– We will write the damage report and assist you and your insurance company with writing your claim.
2. Time Line– You will then be given a time frame of when the work will be complete.
3. Get a Rental– We will assist you with your rental approved by your insurance company.
4. Progress Update– We will then give you an update on the progress of your repairs.
5. Rental Return– You will be asked to return your rental, and will then be dropped off at our location
6. We’ll have you back in business! After your rental is dropped off, we will hand you your keys and have you on your way!
